The 2010 MotoGP Champion Jorge Lorenzo was busy in his home of Mallorca Spain this week training for the 2011 season. Lorenzo was under guidance his father Chico Lorenzo. Jorge was out practicing his cornering skills by putting some laps in on a 100cc dirt bike on both the Supermoto track and the dirt flat track. What a great way to work off some of the holiday festivities than getting right to work for the 2011 MotoGP season.
Jorge seems determined as ever to defend his 2010 crown. Jorge seemed pleased with the training and even mentioned he was having fun sliding the bike around on his Twitter account Lorenzo99. Jorge plans to be 100% fit and ready come time for the first MotoGP test.
The picture was posted by Lorenzo sliding around and enjoying flat tracking. In the mean time we hope to see more of Jorge sliding around on 2 wheels since the electronics on the MotoGP bikes don’t give us this pleasure.
