Team Pedercini has defined it rider line up for the coming season, during which the Italian company will race 2009 spec Kawasaki ZX-10R machines and create an Italian/Spanish rider alliance between Luca Scassa and David Salom.
The ultimate ambition of the team is to push hard for points scores, at each round of what is set to be a fantastically competitive season.
Scassa, born in Arezzo 25 years ago, has already had a richly diverse career, having raced MV Agustas in Superstock and AMA classes, and won the Italian Superstock title in 2006.
David Salom, a twenty-four-year-old from Palma de Majorca, does not lack for success either. In 2006 he was the Spanish Supersport champion, and in the past two years he has raced in World Supersport, impressing many with some strong rides in the tough 600cc class.
